The Unfinished Swan just released on steam, formally only on Playstation. Game was made by What Remains of Edith Finch devs (Giant Sparrow), so I had to pick it up - its even 43% off if you own What Remains of Edith Finch:

I have not been able to get 3D to kick in, even with 3DMigoto installed. It uses the Gamebryo engine according to pc wiki, fullscreen seems to be working but forcing stereo through 3DM didn't help. Not sure if there is any interest in this game, I was not even aware it was coming to pc...
