Lifeless Planet - Epic Game Store Version

Has anyone managed to get 3d to activate in this?
As some of you will know, it was given away for free recently but as far as I'm aware no-one has had any luck.

I just tried the GOG version and it works for me (Win 10 1909, GeForce driver 425.31). I'll download the both the Windows store and Epic Store versions tonight.

I have not been able to get it working in Epic version either unfortunately, this one was always on my list.

I replied in the Helixmod post, but I'll post here also. I suspect the Epic store version is running the DX11 version of this game. I updated the fix to include a shortcut file. (I also fixed one additional light in the game and made a better fix the skybox and HUD.)

When you get a chance:
1) Please download the updated fix
2) Assign "LifelessPlanet.exe" to the "3D-Hub Player" profile
3) Run the game using the included shortcut "LifelessPlanet- Helixmod.bat"

Let me know if this works or not

Yes, I saw you'd updated the post over there. Thanks so much for your help, I haven't got it working yet but I'll let you know.

By the way, Afterburner/Rivatuner overlay was telling me that the game was DX9. In any case, in my recent testing I have never seen the green text to indicate any profile use etc.
I even tried W7 but that opened another whole can of worms so it's not a good reference point really. Will see what others have to say.

I'm using the old dx9 fix. to make it work I have to
set the video refresh to 144 hz play and the 3d does not work "double image". exit the game set the refresh to 120hz and play again.

So I updated my drivers to latest version, and the fix is now working for me launching normally. weird, but thanks 4everAwake for the fix!!!!!

Funnily enough I think I've had exactly the same experience. I could not get 3d to kick in AT ALL before, but now it is. Just need to change the profile back and I think I'll be ok. Still don't remember seeing any profile text but will check again and update.

I couldn't actually get it working on W10 1803 or W7 either, which is what has completely confused me up until this point.
