Designing a COVID 19 drug with FOLD IT

Hi,
There's a software program that is being used to design drugs for blocking infections of COVID 19.
I just saw this so others may already know more about it.
Its called FOLD IT.
My question is whether this program can work in stereo to make visualising the three dimensional image of the drugs being designed.
So if you are whiling away the time during the coronavirus crisis then you may find this a suitable distraction.
