Installing 3DVision on SUPER card in Win7x64 (need approval)

I have RTX 2070. I've just install 441.20 3DV Driver on Win 7x64 without installation of 425.31 (full - not anaglyph):

1. Install 441.20
2. Download 425.31 and extract it to take 2 folders NV3DVision and NV3DVisionUSB.Driver
3. In device manager click refresh driver on "NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D USB controller" and select folder NV3DVisionUSB.Driver (you can't install it through nvstusb.inf with right click)
4. UnRar NV3DVision\3DVision.exe in FOLDER folder with WinRar
5. Use FVIE to change versions of FOLDER\NvSCPAPI.dll and FOLDER\NvSCPAPI64.dll to 7.17.14.4120
6. Run FOLDER\setup.exe

I think this method is situable for any SUPER card !
So we don't need to install 425.31 anymore

Such an old thread, I was able to install the 2080ti drivers for a 2080super card. In doing so it works with the 3d vision drivers, so no need to install the lastest nvdia studio drivers that weren't fully supported.

Would be crazy if the newer gpus could use older rtx2000 drivers as well. Going to upgrade to the rtx4000 series when those prices are within the realm of previous gen pricing. price/performance must line up to the previous gen.

So nice of you to post your method for doing so
Pretty simple to do. Install the 3d vision drivers as normal, open the device manager and manually install the non-super drivers for the graphics card. The manual install should have the drivers in the 3d vision installation directory, normally in the C: drive. No errors either.

I think you can install any rtx2000 to replace any super model, I don't think it affects the performance in any way. I really want to see if this method works with the newer cards though. Or if someone can test it out, and post here.

Does this method work on rtx 3000 and 4000 series cards? I want to go with a newer gpu, my understanding that only geo-11 works with newer cards only? Or does 3d vision support only directx9 on the newer cards?

I have to try this this method on my 2080 super. So I can use the newest studio drivers? Or can I use the older 3d vision drivers? Also, will it be fully functional with the newer drivers, because I ran into some issues with 3d image viewer not working.

I'm trying to get my hands on the newer QD-oled monitors, looks like they are coming down in price lately. Will try to get it working with 3d vision as well.
