Does anyone think this will have any meaningful impact on Occulus? I'm not judging or trying to start a political flame war but I am interested in whether it will have any real effect on the platform.

Regarding Rift sales my opinion is don't think so there will be any impact.. Its just like "because owner of my news paper agency has painted his house roof brown
i will stop buying news paper from him, as i don't like brown color."
