iz3d stereomirror / fallout cod4 crashing to desktop

hello,

i'm running the 1.09 iz3d driver in stereo mirror mode.
crysis warhead is running (except shadows) absolutely perfectly in s3d.

but fallout3 and cod4 are crashing to desktop with launching the game.

with the old nvidia drivers cod4 was running in s3d.
