There was a comment by Palmer he wish to sell Oculus Rift some day for Free.
Indeed at present Oculus is giving Kick starter Backers free hmds which also recently extended to per-kickstarter backers who have shared dream with $500 for DIY Kits. Its still not
for all.
In this regard SAMSUNG is first to offer Gear VR free to all who pre order GALAXY S7 starting from Feb. 21 up until March 10
