Outlast all messed up, narrow and edges are messed up

So yeah basically the view is super narrow, and the edges draw everything and it stays. Don't know what to call it. I followed the Game Support guide for tweaks for Outlast, all should be in order. I just Downloaded and installed 3.0.1 to the correct directory. I tried messing with all the settings in CTRL + Q menu, but as I'm not very experienced with this I'm not sure.
Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
EDIT: I should mention I guess, Windows 10, all up to date, all DX files should be good, latest Nvidia drivers too.
