Best Lenses for Home Made Cellphone VR

Hi,
I'm new to this forum, recently I started to build my own VR hmd based on my cellphone, my biggest problem it's finding the lenses, I have searched A LOT on this forums but everyone has different opinions on what lenses to use.
Now, this is my question, without further clarifications, what type of lens do you recomend to use? I need straights answears like
Biconvex 5x 45mm focal and 30mm diameter.
And what if I go to an optics and ask them to make a custom lens? What should I ask for?
I want to use this with 3 or 4 different cellphones, so I need something that will work in most situations and will work somehow better
than google cardboard.
