Can europe use Oculus Store after April Lawsuit?

here is a lawsuit coming up against facebook, how draconian europe views thier terms of use, if Zuckerberg will not comply, I wonder how it affects european citizens? I am not a lawyer, but what do the community here think can happen? Can it be possible that facebook and anything facebook associated will be outlawed for use by european citizens, so by proxy that would mean oculus, and the rift and the oculus store? FUGG!
