I thought you all might be interested in a project I've been working on in my spare time that allows people to draw 3d meshes in digital space around you. The video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUmUxLh2hn0 and the project lives here: http://jscottk.itch.io/graffiti-3d

My recent update (02/15/15) was:

- Converted left hand controls to Hovercast menu (https://github.com/aestheticinteractive ... st-VR-Menu)

- Added in-game color and size controls, so sizes.txt and colors.txt are no longer needed.

- Moved commonly used keyboard shortcuts (undo, clear canvas, export mesh, augmented mode) to the left hand menu.

- Converted "digital" thumb drawing trigger to "analog" control (the distance between the thumb and hand determines line width instead of simply triggers drawing). This allows for variable width painbrush-like strokes.

It’s free and fairly fun to screw around with. I’d appreciate any feedback or feature requests.

Thanks! I'm having fun with it.

I think there is a lot of unexplored potential in this space and it'll be exciting to see what happens as hand tracking matures and more people get their hands on (and in) 3d creation tools.
