Immersive Fitness adds visual layer for a “trippy” new spin cycle program
There’s an old fitness joke about spin classes being for people who would love cycling if they weren’t afraid of being outdoors. Snarky and sometimes accurate as the joke may be, there’s no arguing with the positive results of spin for both a participant’s waistline and a gym’s bottom line. A new partnership between Les Mills group fitness and the 24 Hour Fitness chain of gyms has upgraded the experience for outdoors lovers and haters alike with a virtual reality-enhanced spin class they call "The Trip."
