Samsung aiming 4K cell Phone display by 2015

Hello Everyone,
it seems Samsung is on the way to have a 4K display for mobiles. That all sounds great.
Now the question is, what GPU's could run it at high frame rates, especially the next incarnation of "Gear VR". It seem Nvidia and AMD have their work cut out for them.
