How to shoot a 3D video with one camera

If You want to shoot a 3D video with one camera:
1. Shoot a video moving the camera sideways (slowly).
2. Load the video as left and right movie in StereoMovie Maker (free, get it here: http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stvmkr/).
3. Delay one of the videos some frames (PageDown or Ctrl-PageDown).
4. Save the 3D movie as side-by-side or anaglyph (red/blue).
5. Watch it with Your 3D glasses.
I used my mobile phone camera (it's crap):

I've seen a few Youtube videos using this technique but couldn't figure out how they did it I finally did
