I tried it with a fresh install of L4D and I was getting double split screen (4 views).

Win 7 64-bit w/ Nvidia GTX 680. Latest Oculus 0.4.2 software.

This is the second time I've heard about this issue. Will look into it.

Check to see if the Vireio DLL files were copied to the game directory when it was unnecessary to do so. That might be causing double injections.
