Meant to be Seen

Hello,
I wanted to edit the informations in some pictures I uploaded here: MTBS Member Galleries > In-game Screenshots > Strategy games > Supreme commander
But I can edit my pictures only if I uploaded them into my own galleries.

Is it normal?

To be honest, I never even figured out how to use the gallery. Sorry.
