Fallout New Vegas - Vireio Perception Help Please!

Hey guys so I've been trying to get Fallout to work with Vireio and my Rift, Skyrim works flawlessly no issues at all, but fallout wont do a thing, doesn't even recognize the game exists :S

Help please I've tried 2 other programs that are much worse, vireio is definitely my preferred I use it for quite a few games now!
If you have a solution let me know!

This is a work in progress. It had radically different requirements from Skyrim.
