How Does Deskope Work?

i downloaded the package and unarchived it ....

i dont see one single executable file.....are we supposed to put this someplace? kinda dissapointed the release didnt come with a simple step by step to use this thing

What package?
Deskope is a zip file, unzip it and it's an exe (I just tried it again on my dodgy old XP work machine)

OP did not say where he downloaded it. By his description, he must have downloaded the source code package instead of the executable program. Based on his questions, OP should probably go download the pre-compiled executable from its dedicated thread, rather than attempt to compile it from source code himself.

Did you download Deskope through one of my threads? I can see now how the link to github can be confusing to non-developers. I'll fix that when I get a chance.
