Antichamber works with Vireio (It's on sale!)

I added the profile copying the UT3.exe line and changing the name to the Antichamber executable. I didn't have time to play with the settings, nor I have a Rift with me, but I used the side by side and I could see stereo 3D crossing my eyes.

Can anyone confirm this too? Quick, the sale on Steam ends at 10AM PST

That just scares me! My experience with Vireio has been frustrating at best (no offence meant...beta means beta). I can't imagine adding content designed to frustrate into the mix. It looks interesting though. Maybe something worth playing someday. Thx for the heads up though.

I couldn't get it to work yet. I don't have a Rift yet anyway. But thanks for the heads up, I wanted to get that game anyway.

Do you have any screenshots of that in side by side?

I'm sorry, I have Antichamber on my laptop at home, I wouldn't be able to take a screenshot until later tonight. (Edit)The sale ends in 5:50 hrs. I won't be able to send the screenshot before the sale expires. I do hope someone who already owns it can verify my finding.

It's interesting since the game is graphically very simple, it has less potential of not working with Vireio.

EDIT............... Here are the screenshots

Antichamber 1 Side by Side

Antichamber 2 Side by Side

Antichamber 2 Oculus Rift

After having played Antichamber, this could be awesome on the rift. There are a lot of awesome mechanics like a hallway that has 6 right hand turns, things that cant... exist in reality.

Looking forward for my kit!

I've been playing around with this game for a while. Except for the some unlogical stuffs it's pretty much awesome! It gets better (more logical) a bit into the game. Only played through a bit more than half the first "chamber" though.

This is probably a really dumb question, but can someone tell me the name of .exe I should add to a profile to make this work? I tried UDK.exe, but that didnt work; and the desktop shortcut just points toward steam. Help please!

Thanks - I just thought to try dropping the dlls into binaries too, and that did the trick.

Do you have the Rift already? Please tell me how it works out with this game.

It works very well. No Ingame GUI Problems, because of ... its all in the game ;)

I dont trust my eyes to decide, that it works absolutly stereo-perfect. But it is very playable.
