Lawnmower Man 2? Cheesiest movie ever?

Anybody else see Lawnmower Man 2: Jobe's War? I really liked the first movie, so I bought the sequel since it was on sale for $5. I'm a sucker for cheesy sci-fi flicks. But this movie has to take the cake of the cheesiest movie ever! And I'm a fan of some pretty cheesy movies like Johnny Mnemonic or Tank Girl. But LM2 was like a whole new level of a straight-to-DVD budget production. Except at some point the movie got so bad, it started to get really funny, and then it was good. Anyone else think this was the cheesiest movie ever or what?
