Hi, feel like I'm bombarding this board for information, but...

Does anyone know a good IR LED for tracking.

I've been browsing farnell and my mind has been boggled by the options.

I've been looking at IR Led strips, but the power rating seems to high, seems like I could blind myself with them.
Something I am keen to avoid!
