If your door is broken it can call your phone, and it can turn light on off in your house and make it look like you are home when you are gone. You can check with your phone if the door is locked.

It can tell you if there is any water leaks, it will call your phone.
Also it can unlock your door automatically with a secure code from your phone.

I'm guessing this is spam, but it doesn't actually violate any of the forum rules...
