Yeah, it's curious that there is no info of any kind yet. I don't know if it's worth speculating, but as open as Palmer has been about the design, we know that copycats will be popping up soon. Not saying that's what this is, but the timing is convenient.

Even if they are copying, this is a great thing. We need more development in this area and healthy competition.

thumb up for alternatives, thats the only way they would improve price and features, and even go for some standarization in devkits.

I like to be an optimist but I have to say all the lack of concrete information makes me skeptic.
I hate it when companies do that. Whats an extreme FOV to them? What is blazing fast headtracking etc?
Reminds me of advertising tricks like "Peak Momentary Performance Output"
My opinion of course, but I think this is a cheap way of getting attention as opposed to the straight forward and
honest way Palmer Luckey did it.
