Hello,
Just to say I disagree with the sample "cut out shape"
http://www.mtbs3d.com/index.php?option= ... mitstart=1
"cut-out shapes or strange borders appear on the side of the screen as you adjust the separation and/or convergence settings of the driver."
Because in your picture, the shapes are in 2D, while each time I saw this issue in games it was deleted polygons or objects. So that the shapes are in 3D, like here: http://forum.iz3d.com/viewtopic.php?p=23056#23056

Just for any techies this is known as "frustum culling" and, of course, refers to 3D objects.

I think frustum culling is the technical term, although most people aren't familiar with it.
I think people are more familiar with the term "clipping" for objects popping in and out of view. You could use "edge of screen clipping" either in the description or in the title next to the actual term, so that people understand it better at first sight without having to look at the description.
