This RDZ technology is basically a Z-Screen integrated into the display, ie. a shutter system for polarized glasses. It'll give full resolution for each eye, but like active glasses only one eye will see content at a time, the other one will be blanked. Could be very nice if they manage to lower down the costs.

Its debuts have been announced on MTBS3D in january 2011 :
