Might be cool for a full-freedom VR setup. Not sure if it would be any better than using a Wiimote w/ Motion+.

It did look interesting but I did find this in an artical, although Im not sure on the reliability of it!

"Hillcrest claims they have already signed agreements with OEM’s who will bring the product to market under their brand names. Unfortunately, it will not be sold directly to consumers, meaning the many HTPC owners out there are out of luck on this one. Perhaps Hillcrest will change their minds on that part by the time the device comes out."

Who knows? Maybe a big brand will license it and bring it to consumers.

It was said on these boards that this hillcrestlabs product(Link Below) could make a good tracker, for head or hand.
