It just continues to get better and better! Sooo.... Lets do a little math for all of the CRT/Shutterglasses users out there. I seem to recall several that were willing to spend $200 on the driver alone, so spend another $399 on a monitor and your done! So now you have a choice on how to spend your upgrade dollars!

1. Buy a brand new Zalman Trimon for $780
2. Buy a brand new IZ3D Monitor for $599

Competition sure is a good thing isn't it?

1) It will stop at the boarder, when you have to pay duty :D
2) It will never stop. S-3d will be everywhere soon :)
3) It stops with drivers&games...

Hey what about... a vr920? I think if you add the IZ3d driver - which will hopefully be released soon - you'd be at that price, too.

Just an litle add for europe:
1 USD is about 0,64 €

so the monitor with the free driver is only 381,33 €

An ordinay 22" TFT you get for about 200 €
Edimensional Glasses you get for 69.95 Dollar or 44,51 €
and then the driver from iz3D 200€
That are total 444,51 € for the same experience as with an IZ3D Monitor.

The Zalman Trimotion you get for 496,42 € and you have to use the Nvidia Driver (Wich doesen't support post processing, FSAA and such things) plus you are bound to an Nvidia card (and the mercy to upate the driver to support newwer games).

So letzt total the Prices: (from Cheap to expensive)
1. IZ3D 381,33 €
2. 22" Shutterglasses 444,51 €
3. Zalman 496,42 €

You forgot 2 things:

1) Taxes (vat). I think it's about 22% with all things... Add shipping to it and it will be as expencie as in $...

2) Some people already own a working solution... And an OLD crt and cheapest shutterglasses could be bought for a few € from ebay. Works for geforce up to series 7

but I'm impressed, about your calculation... doesn't seem that expencive...

Ah and wasn't the driver 200$ instead of 200€?
Well we'll see

You're right, I forgot taxes.
in germany you have 19% "Mehrwertssteuer" I don't know if there is an american equialent.

Yes the Driver are 200$ not € ^^, and you dont have to pay shipping for an download (if it have no hardware copy protection).
