hi all recently bought dlp3d emitter and glasses for my samsung ps50b451.wanted to use my ps3 as a home entertainment centre,but now realise this ain't going to be possible,so going down the tried and tested pc route.was wondering what you lot recommend as a starter system to play mainly 3dblurays with a little 3d gaming.i live in the uk and have approx 3 to £400 to spend

Thats one of the older "3d-ready" models, I assume. You should be able to use a PC with PowerDVD 10 or TotalMedia Theater 3 in DLP (checkerboard) mode. However £400 ain't gonna buy much if you are planning on building a HTPC. You need a pretty decent machine to handle Blu-Ray 3D.

I own the same samsung 50b451 and I wanna use 3d abilities.I own HTPC with Phenomx4 CPU and ati hd 5570(I think that's enought for 3d).TMT3 & PDVD10 ultra installed.What kind of glasses & transmitter I need?Unfortunately ssg1000 are discontinued.Can You offer me something available on Ebay?

They will work but that is a hella ripoff. Best deal i can find is these http://ultimate3dheaven.com/x3dprowi3dgl.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; dont forget to add an emitter to your cart. I am using the elsa glasses and emitter which work but the range is terrible.

Question.It will be 60Hz on each eye, or only 30 Hz per eye?Is it watchable?I can't found any feedback about 50b450+ ssg1000

I believe its 60Hz per eye. Should look fine.
