Samsung takes 3D displays to a super slim level

"The Samsung 9000 Series TVs uses LED technology to deliver a television such 7.98mm thick, but still produce a stunning Full HD picture. The display is also 3D capable with supported 3D content and Samsung's specialized 3D glasses, and is capable of up-scaling tradition 2D HD video to a "3D-like" viewing experience."
