FC2 MP Dual core Bug??

Hi, I am experienceing the Dual Core but with FLaming Cliffs 2 But ONLY in Multiplayer Mode.. I can play SinglePlayer Fine in S3d but NOT in MP??
Does anyone know what is different in the EXE SP vs MP??
