Nice way of attaching the fans!
Extranote: Of own experience i can tell that the iz3d runs way hotter than any other monitor i've seen. Probably due to the dual panels and it also seems like it has more juice in the backpanel compared to other monitors (checked some pics at iz3d..). Fans are not necessary but certainly won't hurt. A few degrees cooler extends the lifetime with quite an amount at similar temperatures.
