WOW riftcoaster is vomitastic...have to go outside now for a moment

Order 204XX to Australia, just got processing email.

I had sent another moaning email to customer support overnight....9 months wait, no info etc.

Got the same old "we have no news for you reply"

Then out of the blue a few hours later got the processing email.

Interested to hear if this is just for 2xxxx orders to Au/NZ or if the whole batch is underway.

Finally, good news for Au/NZ rifters....

@ Sevenalvan: I just received a 'moving to processing' email about order 20xxx (to NZ) myself. Looks like the Australasian orders are finally getting some movement.

Order 20062 to Australia is about to enter the "processing" stage.

Before it does... what's the best way to enter the address?
Currently I have "## Streetname st, Suburb" in the Address 1 box, nothing in the address 2 box, and the city in the city box. Is that the best way? How do other people do it?

Also, do I need to enter my whole name in the first name box? Have they fixed the first-name-only problem?

Well. It might be right around the corner. I see my number 50*** arrived at the same time as 56559 today. Same country.

What is the dimensions on parcel and weight of the shipment?

46917 is out for delivery today. Why did i plan a night out tonight .. lol

Parcel weight according to the ups.com website is 4.00 kgs

I called UPS and asked if they have a package for delivery to my address. The answer was "yes"
Picking it up today.

20062 to Australia has switched to processing (and I updated the spreadsheet and database).
Which means they finally delivered my hat and my $20 steam voucher.
Unfortunately Steam seems to be down at the moment, and it's not accepting my code.
Update: Steam's working now, I have my hat and Orange Box.

No sign of my package in UPS's system yet.
But now I'm REALLY excited. It's starting to seem like a real product and not a dream.

#47259 (Germany) is still on "processing" but has arrived with UPS this afternoon.
Normally UPS is not around my place that often and I was outside loading cargo into my car and five minutes later UPS man had missed me.

I saw the UPS truck entering my street and thought: Oh, I hope he's here for me and then the truck parked next to me and there it is. My RIFT !

I expected to pay taxes to UPS but nothing so far. I hope I don't get a letter later on.

So I'm now off to happy rifting.

(If you are curious, it was Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Blueberry and pomegranate extract, green tea extract, and a combination of Alpha-GPC, phosphatidylserine, vinpocetine, Uridine-5'-Monophosphate, grape seed extract, rosemary, hops, ashwagandha, and anthocyanins)

I'll let people know when my actual Rift arrives, so they can demo (but not steal) it.

And I've worked out a method that synergistically combines simulating an Oculus Rift while watching and waiting for my Oculus Rift to arrive. I press my face against the screen door of my front door, put my hands up to the sides of my face, and look out to the front gate. No Rift yet.... no rift yet.. this screen door effect isn't as bad as people suggested... still no rift... etc.

Im more curious what you are going to make with those crazy ingredients? Is it to create some sort of psychedelic super high that allows you to play on the rift for days without needing to come back to reality?
Also what are you going to play first? you were working on that doom 3VR build yeah?

All these smart people talking about smart drugs really makes me want try some. Unfortunately geekmaster put me off the last one he was talking about (which sounded pretty good) when he mentioned it makes him a bit more aggro - i'm aggro enough sometimes as it is :/

Actually that was for my parents. They were worrying that their brains were deteriorating with age. I don't know whether those nutrients make people more aggro or not, but according to my research, they should help with age-related cognitive decline. Hopefully without any psychedelic effects.

Yes, I have been working on Doom 3 VR. Although I've been lazy recently and haven't finished (or uploaded to git) the video support I was working on for it. So I need to get that done.

If you're talking about piracetam (PM), I've been taking it lately myself. More than anything it makes me calm and happy, so that even things that would normally annoy me or make me depressed don't (unless I really try). I have had moments of intense displeasure of a sort I don't usually have, but at the same time, it was completely controllable, so it didn't actually make me act out, whereas usually I would have. And once I realized I was being silly, it went away.

PM is also sort of a stimulant, but not like caffeine, it's more like vision becomes sharper, sounds become more vivid, etc. This can be over-stimulating, but just relax, what's the big deal Or, take less next time.

Overall I recommend PM to anyone, just start slow if you're worried, or don't take it It does have a slight bitter taste, but it is highly water soluble, so just mix it with some sugar or orange juice or whatever, or just swig it down in straight water, it's not very bitter. It does take a bit of stirring, a bit more than sugar would, but compared to most things, PM is quite easy to work with and imbibe.

Also, get a scale with at least 100mg accuracy, since eyeballing stuff like this just doesn't work. You can buy good digital ones from Amazon for $9.

Oh, btw, I just received my 2nd Rift. #20xxx.

Unfortunately, I have just had a couple of financial hits and might end up putting it up for auction to recover my finances - i have a 3rd one coming anyway (50xxx) hopefully in the very near future.

Order 204xx, Oct 6th, to Australia...just received shipped email, coming via HK Post EMS and has already arrived in Au. Will be interesting to see if it will be going to a local logistics centre or direct to my office. Unfortunately I'm away until next week so won't get to try it before then.
