You can use the Stereoscopic Player, but the files need to be decrypted first. I haven't done this myself, but it should be possible.

Ok so I got the file mpeg2 to work with powerdvd 11, but it's not as good 3d as using the DDD player in comparison. To compare I played a mKv 3d movie on both and the DDD player is much better (easier on the eyes) . Perhaps it would be better to convert mpeg2 to mkv and play it on DDD player instead of powerdvd 11???
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Are you trying to watch a 2D video or a 3D video file? Sounds to me like you are using the 2D-to-3D conversion. If you have a actual 3D video file (like side-by-side) then just use the Stereoscopic Player.

I tried using stereoscopic plAyer but doesn't for for me don't know why, besides I heard u can't play blu ray 3d on it. Is this true?
And how do I use it? I tried diff layouts infull screen and no luck , looks like a diff format of 3d even though I'm using the same file as the one in DDD player.

Can you list what hardware you are using? Mainly the video card.

With the Stereoscopic Player you can try choosing either "AMD HD3D" or "Software Pageflipping".

Not sure why the video would look different between PowerDVD and DDD, but its probably because DDD has more advanced options (for example adjusting separation of the 3D image).

ok so i got the powerdvd player to work almost like dd player but now i notice this!

First off I can only view Blu Ray 3D format ( the one I tried is Mpeg2) on Powerdvd 11.

Here are my big advantages of Powerdvd 11 to DDD Player:

I have two outputs from my Ati 5870, one to lcd tv (non 3d) and one to Acer H5360 3D (720)
I have my desktop usually set to 1080p.
In order for me to watch or play games via DDD I have to do two things:
1. In Catalyst Disable my Tv.
2. Change the resolution to 720.
( This is annoying )

On the other hand! when i m viewing a 3d movie in Powerdvd 11, I dont have to do any of those two things mentioned above!? How come I have to do it through DDD can this be avoided???if so, How?!

For Stereoscopic Player go to "View" -> "Viewing Method" and there is a choice for "AMD Driver".

Regarding issues with DDD.. I don't know.

I know from previous experience [which may not apply] that you can't watch a blu-ray [3D or not] with your computer monitor if an output is already hooked up to the TV.
