NVIDEA/RIPOFF- Wont sell an Ir Emitter only -help me ???

I bought recently 2 -3d glasses + ir emitter
Now I bought a second samsung sync monitor for my second computer
No I need only one iR Emmiter to have to 3d systems and did send an email to support

I understand from your email that you would like to know if it possible to purchase only the NVIDIA IR Emitter to set the 3D Vision configuration on your second computer with the Samsung 2233rz monitor.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the NVIDIA IR Emitter is not sold as a separate stand alone product. You may need to purchase the complete 3D Vision kit (which includes the NVIDIA 3D Vision glasses and the IR Emitter).

Again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I just think when some one has a broken or need a second Emitter you should be able to buy ONE
I dont need 3 x 3D Glasses
If you can buy an extra 3d vieuwer
Why cant you Buy an extra emitter ???

Why not hold on to the extra nvidiaglasses in case one of the other gets broken? You'll also have the oppurtunity that many can see at the same time with more shutters so keep them. Just me 2 pennies.

Offcourse , but already spent alot of money on this 3d thing
And I like to buy extra glasses when I need them ...

The emitter itself costs less than 5$ (usb cable included) to make.
The reason why they won't sell you an emitter is because it's not 'just' and IR emitter.
The pyramid is the key that unlocks the 3D vision driver which provides an exclusive access to 120Hz 3D capable monitors.

Nvidia keeps this very closely for itself and makes you pay the highest price for it, the price is never mentioned but it is included with the 3D vision kit (that is why the kit is so expensive).

Now you know why they won't sell just the emitter.

The glasses go for over $100, you could buy another kit and sell the glasses on Ebay.

If youre dvd writer is defect just buy another Pc take out the player and sell the pc on Ebay
