I think I'm really untalented with this game. I'm using the mouse to contorl, through.

Hop in ventrilo - maybe you can help me.

I think I'm going to try it out, too.
I assume it works with the Nvidia-Drivers, or you wouldn't have posted it ;-)

Yes it works in 3D with Nvidia's 3D driver.
Neil and I could race on a public server.
I tried creating a game, but Neil couldn't find it. So we'll have to try again.

PS:
Make servername: MTBS3D
and password: 3D

This game is not easy, so brake in good time and drive safely.

I think you're right. Its a game 'hard to master'.
I tried playing it with keyboard only. It worked quite ok (that's the usual Level I can get in the Training  ). I think I'd be much worse with a mouse.

To S-3D: is it necessary to disable a core for this game? I got a crash without nHancer open, but it ran smoothly with singlecore.
Everything (I've turned on) gets rendered correctly in S-3D.

I changed the steer rate from 0.40 to 0.80
and the return steer rate from 0.20 to 0.40.
Makes it easier to steer.

Good Idea. I will try it. It should make steering a little easier, but since I'm no good racer, it won't help THAT much...

I just played Freke1 and I lost (I crashed into a wall). I blame my lack of depth perception.

I was using a VR920, but had no stereo because of Vista.

We both had head-tracking though, because the VR920 can emulate TrackIR using a program that I wrote.

I was steering by holding a SIXAXIS up in the air like a steering wheel, and using it's tilt sensors to steer. I used the analog L2 and R2 buttons as the brake and accelerator pedals, and the right analog stick as a gear lever.
