Hi, i havve a friend programming a full game engine, and i convinced him for making it totaly 3D compatible but, even in full screen mode, the nvidia driver does not activate, what kind of full screen he needs to do for stereo to being possible to activate?

I'm no expert. I did not know there were many different types of fullscreen.
The windows tastk bar shouldn't be visible. I don't know, how usual games do it, but maybe you can compare your engine to a working one (Quake, Doom3). Or you could compare it to the solution of Stereoscopic player (for movies).
If that doesn't work, try to make an option for Anaglyph and side by side for Projectors (or crosseye) and maybe interlaced/interleaved... whatever^^

afaik there are 2 kinds of fullscreen.
the first is when a game is maximized and without borders, it looks fullscreen but actually is windowed.
the second is when the game is fullscreen and takes the control. (when the screen goes black and turns back on)
asaik nvidia drivers work only with the secodn one.
