Links to 3D cameras?

Anyone know some cheap places to buy 3D cameras?
I found these:

is it possible to manuelly shoot with 2 cameras and still get good pictures of moving objects?

the only cheap thing i know is a little rig to put on normal cameras. it is also easy tu build at home, but it is not reccomended because a bought one costs around 15 euro (20$)
