problem with key commands

Post by sprout »

Everything else seems to be working, but once in-game the only Nvidia stereo key commands that work are ctrl F3/F4 for separation... ctrl F5/F6 for convergence etc do nothing. i have had this problem on several games, right now I am trying to set up Oblivion.

is there a known fix for this?

running 94.24 on 6800GT

You sure it doesn't work?

Sometimes you must push convergence (up) for say 10 seconds before anything boticable happens.

The other shortcuts often don't do anything indeed, convergence will and should.

There are games out there, which need it convergence pushed down even longer than 10sec (e.g. two worlds).
Some games don't work with convergence (Rainbow 6 Vegas?)

When i play Prey i stereo i have to use other shortcuts to adjust convegence/separation. For that i use crtl+,crtl-,alt+ and alt-. To make it easy to change the hotkeys i save the registry settings for the hotkeys in .reg-files. When trying to alter convergence in Prey (ctrl+F5) the game saves everytime and it takes an eternity to change. Similar phenomenas can be experienced in other games too.

cheers
