As much as I would like to be MTBS3D my primary platform of information, I am a little cautious to proceed posting my findings here since my last posts created some confusion and lead to another thread getting locked. So to avoid similar things in the future I have begun to collect links to the nvidia forums in the believe that any information hosted there can safely be regarded as legally inoffensive. I know that a good deal of people here actively participate on the forums there as well, but not all and I feel the details found in the following links could be valuable and helpful to some of you:

At the same time I would like to get an official statement whether we can continue to discuss these kind of things on MTBS3d as we can on the official nvidia forums or not.
Just a little "Yes" or "No" and in the latter case I have done what's possible to pass on the info for those interested.

Discussing registry settings causes no problems while reverse enginering might be "crossing the line".
