Did you try turning of anti-aliasing, if I remembercorrectly, TAA broke some reflections
BTW, which fix are you using?

i use the fix installed via 3d fix manager with the updated version of 3Dmigoto, since using the origianl version the water is broken then turning camera
without geo-11 water reflections are ok, though it gives nice fps boost

I think 3DFixManager only uses fixes on the blog?
Blacksmith60 was kind enough to upload his copy of the newer fix from DHR

But as I said, there was some tye of AA that needs to be turned off in-game or changed to a different setting or things are broken.
Download and compare this to what is in the game folder now, since it has regex, it might be the solution, if it's not the one installed by 3DFM
