RTX 3000, Win 10, 3D Vision setup & instructions

What's the best way to install Nvidia 3D Vision on an RTX 3090, Win 10 LTSC 64-bit system?
After using DDU to uninstall gfx drivers, do I just install the newest Nvidia drivers (v512.15 as of now) then start up 3D Fix manager and let it install whatever it decides to, then make sure to use the 3D driver hack (via 3D Fix manager) to play all games that are not DX 11? Simple as that? Am I missing anything?
Also, while RTX 3000 series owners can't play DX11 and up games, what about DX10?
