yes,some in game option can use lower effect to reduced this Particle effect， can't find single vs or ps shader responsible to skip,

i adjusted special effects in game from the highest to the lowest, and then the configuration file also prompts for file changes, but the content has not changed.So I can't find any line command in GameUserSettings.ini.
