Hi,

Is it normal in Control to have this buggy 3D crosshair?

It stopped me from playing the game... Big shame as I'm a huge fan of Remedy's games.

In the fix description it says that F10 fixes that kind of stuff, have you tried it? I've finished the main game and The Foundation DLC, and other that a few shadows here and there in the astral realm, it worked great.

Hi Skyrimer,

F10 does nothing for this problem...

I reinstalled the fix, same problem.

I have this problem from the begining, did you check the pics I posted above to see this crosshair issue and can you confirm you didn't have this issue at all??

Cheers,

That's not normal, for me HUD was perfect, it could break some times but hitting F10 fixed it. Maybe you have old drivers?

I did DDU and clean install of Driver 425.31 but
No success, same issue...

That's what I remembered when I got Control at launch, I was on 425 driver with this crosshair issue already...

Thanks Losti for having a look at the crosshair, I just send it to you, take the most recent.

EDIT: I got IT, it was because I didn't see the game was in borderless mode! It works perfect in full screen!

Now I can enjoy the game as it should :)

Thanks Losti

Sorry for that!

Good day. I am getting a weird flickering in my Right eye when in VR. It seems to happen every few seconds. Anyone else seen such behavior? Same flickering happens even without the fix.

Is that using HelixVision to view it? We see this on some games where the red/blue mode can interfere with the VR image. The fix is to enable in-game vsync so that the buffers are consistent.

HelixVision works okay. This problem is in respect to 3d vision. Just the right eye. It's like when I move the character the right lens goes out of sync or something. If I stand still all is fine. Only happens in this game also.

Hi,
the fix looks great, thank you very much Losti!
The "ghost dust" when shooting enemies or the flying corpses has too much depth (popped out) for me.
Is it supposed to be like that and can't be changed?

Hey,
thx for that video, very interesting.
But I meant:

" [Framerate]
Limit=0
LimitDenominator=1
LimitTime=0
SyncScanline0=-200
SyncScanline1=0
SyncPeriods=1
SyncFlush=1
SyncTimeout=1"

I see that those settings must deal with RTSS but I can't find the options in the menu to set it.

C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\Profiles\control_dx11.exe.cfg
SyncScanline0=-200 You should adjust this value according to your own monitor.
I shared the previous video link for you to understand its logic.

Thank you very much, that really helped against the drops of the framerate!
