Battlefield 1 low FPS?

Hi guys,

I'm getting really low FPS with Battlefield 1 - between 30-40 (3d) even if I set everything to low at 1024x720. GPU utilisation is only like 40%, it's almost the same problem as with Fallen Order, though it is smoother. When I checked benchmarks online, I should be getting like over 100fps in 2D. FPS is unlocked because when I look at the sky it goes up to 60 in 3D (and the 3D fix looks all good btw). My setup is in the signature - anyone else experiencing this or can verify for me?
