Do you know if the title is playable in 3d vision and if not is it possible to make it playable with a universal fix 3d vision?

Just use google to find out the game Engine. If this is not unity, Unreal, frostbyte or cry, there is no Universal fix.
And: No game will work out of the box since years with 3D Vision. You can try the PES 2020 fix and read things written there to may get shadows fixed.
