iZ3D 1.11 DX9, DX10, and DX11 Beta Drivers Out!

Post by PressBot »

iZ3D has been talking about DirectX 10 drivers for well over a year, so they made up for lost time by releasing 1.11 Beta Drivers that feature DX9, DX10, and DX11 support.  Please take this news story with a grain of salt because we have not had the chance to test them yet as we are working remotely.

Fixed! The comments system doesn't take size into account when reprinting article portions in the forums.

Metro 2033 (dx10) Crashing on startup.

Auto focus doesn't work well in Dragon age... It still doesn't get the talkig scenes (think they zoom with FOV) Normaly 50% seperation are fine in talks need to go down to 10-20% otherwise it gets to "deep" (background to far, foreground to near)

Quite well it works in WoW. It doesn't freak out like the older algorithm, good work ;)

there is an output setting for Zalman, in fact I have a Zalman monitor but it says "Can't find Stereo device"

Still no 64bit support for interlanced output...

Why wouldn't Xpand (X102) glasses work with DLPs and this driver? Since the glasses sync to the display, this would be the easiest way for S3D.

I'm not saying which shutter glasses will work or won't work. iZ3D was unable to give specifics, that's all.

So far, Direct3D 10 driver in World in Conflict only shows black screen with a cursor (not that I care much cause the game is unplayable in stereo 3D because the unit labels are placed at screen depth, so it quickly becomes a mess).

YouTube 1080P S-3D mode support
Does this mean that youtube's s3d support has recently changed to encompass new modes? I remember Nvidia saying that their drivers will soon work with youtube 3d as well. This was some time ago, at CES. Any news on that? :?:
