Who created this program?

Wondering who created this... If I were building a planar steup and wanted to flip/rotate either lcd monitor 180 degrees single and separate from the other one, and nvrotate won't work other then rotating both... is there a way to do this with dragontools, or does nvrotate do this and I'm not just missing the option in the tweak settings?

It was created by KindDragon.

You can do this with the iZ3D Driver using the StereoMirror Output.
