At first it sounds like a joke. But it is none. I had been addicted to Red Bull for years, now I've been sober for about four weeks. I hope I won't experience a relapse, because the craving is strong. But my heart started bumping so strongly after some time for seemingly no reason that I realized that this beverage, it's caffeine caused it.

I am aware, that most people say: "Well, red bull is no real drug. It's harmless.". It is not, if you make a habit out of drinking it, it will cause a stroke in the most healthy people. Ironically, healthy and physically active people are being sponsored by red bull.

I used to be addicted to Monster, would drink like 2 cans a day everyday.. Got seriously sick off that stuff. Screwed my heart up a little. I only drink the occasional one like one every few months. Some energy drinks are just as bad as alcohol to be honest.

I was addicted to Flinstones vitamins. First it was the Freddies, then the Bam-Bams...before I knew it...I was hooked on Wilmas, Bettys, and...Barneys. It got to the point of crushing Pebbles into a fine pink powder. I don't like to talk about it.

I've been sober for many months now, from an addiction that I've had on and off my entire life - sodas/sugary drinks/juices
That stuff is really unhealthy yet very addictive, however if you "just say no" then there is hope

Yeah Cyber was addicted to Mountain Dew Kickstarters for the last 8 months. I could hardly breath and my heart felt like it was going to pop. Stay away from all this garbage.
