Vireio Guide for Dummies?

I've built an android based VR hmd and would like to try Vireio but I can not for the life of me figure out how to install and configure it. I have searched for an "installation guide" and come up with nothing.

Anyone have any links to such a guide?

EDIT: I think I must have just gotten a little bit smarter, because it seems to be working now.
