Need old v1.07 UT3 profile again for video

Hi,
Someone at the epic games forum asked me about how to record anaglyph 3D videos of Unreal Tournament 3
I explained him how to use the old iz3D v1.07 driver with fraps.
Unfortunately, neil modified his MTBS review of UT3 and removed the specific 1.07 profile from the review.

Can either Neil or someone who kept a copy of this specific profile please write it here again ?
